Reiki Share is held on the first Wednesday of each month and is open to all those of Reiki Level One and above. Come and join us in the Diamond Room, a lovely clear and calm space. We start the evening with meditation and distance healing, then there is opportunity for everyone to receive some Reiki. Often we spend so much time giving: this is your turn to receive! |

A drop in group teaching how to chant sacred vowel sounds to resonate,balance and allign the chakras. This extremely effective technique is easy to learn and can bring health benefits such as reduced blood pressure;increased vitality,relief from aches,pains and other physical and emotional stresses. In addition to these I find the greatest benefit for me is the feeling of calm and connection to spirit, I feel ,during and after chanting.
No previous voice experience needed.
